Refund Policy

Most unopened items sold by grocebuy in new condition and returned at the time of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for items sold on grocery.com begins once the order has been invoiced until two days from the date of purchase. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a 100% refund for the items. The Buyer shall also be entitled to a refund in full or replace the item in the event packaging of an item in an Order or the complete Order, is either tampered or damaged and the Buyer refuses to accept at the time of delivery for the said reason. Grocebuy do not charge shipping fee for replacing such items.

Buyer will not be required to pay for

  • Orders where packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong Order being delivered; or
  • Items missing from Buyer’s Order at the time of delivery
  • In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may go back to all payment methods used

    Timing

    Refunds to a third-party credit card typically take up to 5 -7 business days after we’ve approved the refund. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card issuer

    If you’ve lost the credit or debit card the refund is supposed to go back to you on, contact the card issuer for refund information

    Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your refund.
    You may not be refunded for shipping charges if

  • Your return was declined by our grocebuy after the investigation.
  • Your return was not due to an error by grocebuy.
  • Otherwise, gorcebuy would refund 100% shipping fee or replace the item with no shipping charges.

    If your shipping charges aren't refunded, please contact us support@grocebuy.com or call to the number provided in the contact details to determine if you're eligible for a refund.

    Cancellation by Site / Customer

    You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time (1 hour prior to delivery time) of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund in full any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
