GroceBuy commits to deliver the items on time as per the time slot selected by the customer

Available shipping methods & costs

Grocebuy waives the delivery fee for scheduled deliveries on orders Rs.1000 or over. Order less than Rs.1000 will be charged Rs.30 within the 5 kilometer radius from the selected store. An additional Rs.5 will be added per every kilometer distance.

Service/Store fees (1-2% including additional fees and surcharges to help offset specific costs), direct-to-consumer shipping fees, taxes (as per government proposed rates) and/or tips may still apply.

Order Processing & Delivery times

We supply items everyday on below specified time slots
8 AM – 10 AM
10 AM – 12 PM
12 PM – 2 PM
2 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 6 PM
6 PM – 8 PM
8 PM – 10 PM

Procedure for lost or missing items:

Items will be handed over to any person in the household on the address provided in the grocebuy account to prevent lost or missing items. Items would return to us if we weren’t able to locate the address or none at the address provided. In this scenario the shipping and other charges will not be refunded but the amount for the items will be refunded in full to the original payment
